Biographical Summary -- Stephen K. Barnett, BSME, PE, JD
Graduating from Clemson University with a B.S. Mechanical Engineering in 1978, Stephen Barnett went to work as a
project engineer at the world headquarters of a multinational manufacturing corporation.  Bringing with him five years
experience "on his tools" as a journeyman power plant pipe welder, Barnett found his heavy construction experience
combined nicely with his new-found diploma in  delivering constructible design packages coordinated with equipment
deliveries and on-site activities at his employer's various plants in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK,
and USA.

After a decade invested in designing and building heavy industrial process facilities, Barnett decided to focus on
power generation projects and joined a fast-track EPC contractor headquartered in Seattle, Washington.  During his
11 year tenure Barnett graduated from engineering into project management, ultimately  holding overall
responsibility for multiple international turnkey power plant projects located in Greece and Thailand.  Barnett quickly
learned that teamwork is the cornerstone to successful "fast-track" project delivery, and focused on combining the
disparate skills of technical, commercial and logistical specialists in accommodating  and  exploiting unplanned
events and circumstances in order to create and preserve favorable outcomes exceeding management expectations.

Upon completing two turnkey power projects in Thailand in 1999, Barnett decided to add another dimension to his
knowledge and abilities by enrolling in law school. Graduating with academic honors from Georgia State University
College of Law in 2003, Barnett was admitted the same year to the State Bar of Georgia.

Upon admission to the Bar, Barnett was invited to join a small team of outside counsel engaged by the estate of
Enron Corporation and responsible for analysis and settlement of power project claims arising out of the famous
bankruptcy case. Throughout this two year  assignment, Barnett received intense legal mentoring, and drew deeply
from his technical and commercial experience, finding he was uniquely enabled by his diverse background to grapple
with and  resolve the  complex issues underlying many of the claims asserted against the estate.

More recently, Barnett has represented multiple clients involved in project related arbitration and litigation; also
composing and prosecuting claims maximizing recovery of insured losses.  Barnett has additionally drafted and
negotiated various project related contracts including: construction, sales, and services agreements; joint venture,
and consortium and partnership agreements; and O&M agreements.

Apart from the practice of law, Barnett has furnished project delivery, recovery and troubleshooting services to
power generation, biomass conversion and ethanol production asset owners.  As the founding principal of EPDI,
Barnett dedicates personal attention to our clients in aggressively preserving their interests and achieving their
particular project related objectives

Biographical Summary -- Isaak G. Parastatides, P. Eng.
Biographical Summary -- Eldon Doody, BSME, P.E.
Isaak Parastatides heads up our Mediterranean Regional Office in Piraeus, Greece.  His depth of experience in the maritime industry
and energy sector in Greece bring practical knowledge of engineered equipment procurement, project related commercial
arrangements, transnational logistics protocols and procedures, implementation of project related quality assurance and construction
site worker safety programs and an extensive network of fabrication, supply and services providers throughout Europe and the
Mediterranean region.

Beyond Isaak's working knowledge of project delivery, he is also a licensed Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineer,  and Electrical
Engineer.  Isaak is active in several professional organizations in Greece including:  Technical Chamber of Greece; Hellenic
Contractors Association for Public Works; Hellenic Association of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers; Hellenic Association of
Mechanical and Electrical Engineers; and Hellenic Institute of Marine Technology.

Isaak is actively involved in the development of renewable energy resources and infrastructure in Greece; using his professional
credentials, and particular knowledge of energy project delivery gained since 1993 when he was a key member of the project
management team engaged in recovering a distressed combined cycle power generation facility for a multi-national contractor in
Greece.  Isaak is particularly focused on the renewable energy sector not only because of its immediate environmental importance
and underlying regulatory mandates governing most Mediterranean and Balkan jurisdictions; but also because renewable energy is
necessarily a de-centralized market requiring delivery of multiple small scale facilities servicing municipalities and private enterprises
spread out across the region.  This means the successful delivery of each project is greatly dependent  on precisely tailored logistics
and local interfaces; and in an island rich country like Greece Isaak's knowledge and experience in maritime logistics play an
important role in each of the many island based renewable energy projects presently under development.

A synopsis of Isaak's qualifications and experience follows:

1986 -- Diploma in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from National Technical University of Athens (five year curriculum)

1987-1990 -- Engineering at shipyards for private sector and during service in Greek Navy.

1993-1996 -- Contracts and Procurement Manager for multinational contractor building USD 70 million power generation plant
in                                     Lavrion Greece; also  overseeing safety and quality assurance compliance during construction and

Resident Site Manager on multiple cogeneration power projects. Among other projects Gale managed construction and
commissioning of the then largest biomass fueled cogen plant in North America at the Fraser Paper mill in Edmunston New
Brunswick.  A successful career with NEPCO ended shortly after the ENRON buy out and he went on to manage the U.S. construction
operations of Industra, a Canadian-based EPC firm.

Senior NEPCO ex-pats formed DECCO, a NEPCO facsimile and Gale accepted a position as Regional Manager NE. Within two years,
DECCO was purchased by American Electric Power.  Gale opted out.

Dave Gale and his wife Suzannah purchased a property in Downeast Maine on the Canadian border and presently operate a seasonal
lodging establishment with a fine dining restaurant.  From this base, Gale has kept his hand in the power industry on a two year retainer
from AEP and consulting contracts with IPP’s. The most recent, was Site Manager for the installation of a Steam Plant at Northrup-
Grumman, Newport News, VA for the Chicago based Indeck Power Equipment Corp.

Gale has experience as the man responsible for the execution of the Construction phase of EPC contracts. While concentrating in the
power industry he ventured off into other areas, the most noteworthy of which was the construction of a one-of a kind Titanium Melting
Furnace for the Oremet Corp. in Richland, WA.

In his capacity as a principal of Energy Projects Delivery, Inc., Dave Gale contributes his deep leadership skills and broad knowledge of
heavy industrial construction to the multidisciplinary firm.
